SiteIQ Pro is a product of SOAL Technology, traded under Arsino Group Pty Ltd. Welcome to SiteIQ Pro (“the Service”, “the Platform”, “the App”), operated by Arsino Group Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of SiteIQ Pro, including our website, mobile applications, services, and all associated features. By accessing or using SiteIQ Pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. Last Updated: November 21, 2025.

SiteIQ Pro is a workforce management platform designed for the construction industry. The Service enables construction companies to: • Create and manage job sites • Add or upload worker information • Invite workers to use the SiteIQ Pro mobile application • Automatically track worker attendance and hours via geofencing • Integrate time data with third-party payroll and accounting platforms (including MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) • Access reporting and worker management tools The platform provides automated check-in and check-out based on a worker’s physical presence within a geofenced job site using location services.

Company Accounts: Construction companies must subscribe to use the Service. The company administrator is responsible for: • The accuracy of worker data uploaded • Ensuring workers are authorised to use the system • Managing account access and permissions Worker Accounts: Workers using the App must: • Provide accurate personal information • Enable required permissions such as location services • Use the App only for legitimate work-related purposes Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Pricing Model: The Service operates on a subscription basis, billed per active worker per month. Payments: Charges are processed automatically using the payment method provided. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Pricing Changes: We may modify pricing at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.

By using SiteIQ Pro, you acknowledge and agree that: • The App uses GPS and geolocation services to determine when a worker enters or leaves a job site • Check-ins and check-outs occur automatically based on worker location • Location data is provided to construction companies for timesheet and payroll purposes • Tracking occurs only when a worker is on duty and within a designated job site region Workers must consent to location services. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance.

SiteIQ Pro may integrate with third-party payroll and accounting platforms such as MYOB, Xero, and QuickBooks. We are not responsible for: • Failures or outages of third-party services • Data errors arising from third-party systems • Changes to third-party API availability Use of third-party integrations is at your own risk.

Users must not: • Misuse or abuse the Service • Upload unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent information • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or disrupt the platform • Use the Service for unauthorised or unlawful employment monitoring We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All SiteIQ Pro software, branding, logos, dashboards, designs, and related materials are owned by SOAL Technology Pty Ltd. These materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without prior written consent.

Construction companies retain ownership of the worker data they upload to the platform. SOAL Technology retains ownership of aggregated, anonymised data and system analytics used to improve and operate the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect data entry, misuse, or third-party integrations • Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if: • These Terms are breached • Subscription fees are unpaid • Unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity is detected Users may terminate their subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of SiteIQ Pro after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
